Mantle adds tokenized USPX ETF to its platform

1 min read

Mantle announced that its decentralized exchange Fluxion now lists USPXx, the tokenized counterpart of Franklin Templeton’s Franklin U.S. Equity Index ETF, enabling round‑the‑clock on‑chain trading.

Tokenized ETF Integration

USPXx mirrors the underlying USPX ETF, which controls nearly $2 billion in assets and replicates roughly 85 % of the U.S. equity market by capitalization. By issuing USPXx through the xStocks platform, Mantle gives investors a blockchain‑based route to the same index exposure.

The listing positions Mantle as one of the first Ethereum Layer 2 networks to host a tokenized ETF from a major global asset manager, following its earlier launch of SPCXx, a tokenized share of SpaceX.

Trading Mechanics and Market Impact

All USPXx transactions occur exclusively on Fluxion, where the xChange Atomic RFQ system derives prices from live issuer quotes rather than relying solely on automated liquidity pools. This approach ensures that the token’s price reflects real‑time market conditions.

Investors seeking to diversify into U.S. equities can now access the index via Mantle’s blockchain, potentially broadening participation from crypto‑savvy participants while preserving the ETF’s underlying asset composition.
